These general terms and conditions apply to the web shop of KOI International B.V. and cover all sales, deliveries and payments to our clients through the website www.kingsofindigo.com. By placing an order you explicitly agree with these terms and conditions. We shall at all times retain the right to change or supplement these terms and conditions, provided that these changes are published on our website.
The website www.kingsofindigo.com and these general terms and conditions are subject to Dutch law. Any disputes will be settled in court and shall be subject to Dutch law.
When you have placed your order and received an order confirmation e-mail from www.kingsofindigo.com you have legally entered into an agreement with KOI International B.V.
KOI International B.V. shall retain the right to refuse online orders without reason given.The products you have ordered shall remain the property of KOI International B.V. until you have paid the full invoice amount.
We shall do everything in our power to keep the website up-to-date. However, it is possible that certain products are temporarily unavailable. In that case we will contact you by e-mail as soon as possible. You can reserve products that temporarily are not in stock but available. This is also stated on the order confirmation you receive after payment of your order.
The prices stated on the website are inclusive of VAT (19%) and exclusive of shipping costs. Shipping costs are always at the expense of the client and may vary per country. See this link for international shipping costs. KOI International B.V. cannot be held liable for incorrectly stated prices, for example as a result of entry or printing errors. No rights can be derived from incorrect price information. Special offers are clearly indicated on the website. Offers remain valid as long as stock lasts. KOI International B.V. aims to send your order within 24 hours after receipt of your payment. The legal delivery term is within 14 days after receipt of payment. Deliveries in and outside Europe are carried out by parcel service TNT Post.
Attention: If you include a reservation for a certain product in your order, you will receive your total order as soon as the reserved product becomes available.
4) Force Majeure
KOI International B.V. cannot be held liable for force majeure circumstances. Force majeure circumstances are unpredicted circumstances, for instance fire, malfunctions, government provisions (for example import limitations) and logistical problems, which prevent us from meeting our obligations. In such circumstances any payments that have already been made shall be paid back as soon as possible. If we feel that the force majeure situation is only temporary we are allowed to postpone realization of the agreement until the force majeure situation no longer exists and we are able to carry out the delivery. In force majeure circumstances we cannot be held liable or held to pay any damages.
Payment can be carried out through the method indicated in the ordering process. After you have placed and paid your order you will receive an e-mail stating your order number and the total sum of your order inclusive of shipping expenses. Payment must always be carried out in full and in advance and in one of the following way:
Immediate online payment by Ideal or creditcard. We accept payment with Visa and MasterCard. All payments are handled securely by Docdata. Your financial details are always treated as confidential. KOI International B.V. does not have access to your credit card data; this information is only available to Docdata.
The date of payment is the credit entry date of the bank account number of KOI International B.V.
6) Returning your product
On our website we try to provide you with as much information about our products as possible. However, if a product does not live up to your expectations you can always return it to us within 14 working days after receipt. Please state the reason why you wish to return the product to us. The terms of approval shall take effect on the day your ordered product is delivered to the delivery address you stated in your order. The costs for returning are free. The following procedure apply when returning a product:
Go to your account on the website and open your order history. Here you will find all the orders you ever placed categorized by order number and date. Select the order you would like to return and fill in the return form and print this form. Please carefully read the following information first.
You can only return products to the webshop when you report it to the customer service within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately we cannot accept products that you already have in possession for more than 14 days and/or that you have not bought in the webshop www.kingsofindigo.com.
Return shipments are only possible when you have reported this to the customer service within 14 days of receipt.
- The return form should be complete; half completed forms will not be accepted and you will be notified by email in this case.
- The product should not show marks of being worn, such as stains, smell and wear use damage.
- The items(s) should be intact with the original labels attached.
- The items(s) should be in the original packaging.
Should you receive an item in a less than perfect state, please report it to our Customer Service as soon as possible.

We only accept returned products that have been reported to us through our website in the manner described above and of which the instructions, which were provided when you reported your product on our website, have been followed. Returned products that have not been returned within the stated period of time shall not be accepted. The sum of the returned products shall after deduction of shipping expenses and/or settlement of any loss in value be paid back to you as soon as possible but always within 30 days.
We do everything in our power to deliver a perfect product to you. If you nonetheless find any faults or errors in your delivery, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. We shall contact you as soon as possible and try to solve the problem.
Please treat your clothing with care and always follow the washing instructions inside. If you decide or have decided upon a different washing method, your complaint shall always be considered invalid. This also applies to worn clothing, make-shift repairs or failure to follow the user instructions. We can never be held to pay any compensation or settle any consequential loss as a result of the delivery of a defective product.
8) Personal Data Protection Act
KOI International B.V. treats all personal data as confidential. Privacy-sensitive information is never passed on to third parties and shall only be used for orders that you place on our website. If you do not wish to receive any mailings from us, please send us an e-mail at email@example.com. The Personal Data Protection Act states that you can at all times change or rectify your personal data.
