 Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Store Manager to oversee our Kings of Indigo Pop-Up Brandstore. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to our mission of creating a more sustainable future through fashion. As the Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere that embodies the Kings of Indigo ethos.  

 Key Responsibilities:  

• Manage all aspects of pop-up store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.  
• Lead and inspire a small team of associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer experiences.  
• Create a visually appealing and inviting store environment that showcases Kings of Indigo products and values.  
• Develop and implement strategies to attract customers and maximize sales during the pop-up's limited duration.  
• Build relationships with customers and community members to drive brand awareness and loyalty.  
• Manage inventory levels and merchandising to effectively showcase product offerings and drive sales.  
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting in a timely and efficient manner.  
• Act as s a link between the brandstore and the HQ 

 Requirements:  

• Previous experience (3-5 years) in retail management   
• Freelance is a possibility  
• Passion for sustainable fashion and a commitment to promoting ethical consumerism.  
• Strong leadership and communication skills   
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual merchandising and store presentation.  
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and basic retail operations.

Wat ga je doen?

Wij zoeken een gedreven stagiair(e) om ons finance team te versterken. Als onderdeel van ons team zul je een brede ervaring opdoen en de mogelijkheid hebben om jezelf te ontwikkelen binnen onze organisatie. Samen met je collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor het nauwkeurig en efficiënt verwerken van verschillende financiële taken, waaronder:

• Debiteurenbeheer, waaronder het beantwoorden van vragen, het versturen van aanmaningen, het nabellen van klanten en de verwerking in de debiteurenadministratie;
• Verwerking van bankboekingen;
• Verwerking van inkoopfacturen van goederen;
• Ondersteuning bij het maken van analyses van de voorraad;
• Maken van analyses ten behoeve van managementinformatie;
• Ondersteuning bij maand- en jaarafsluitingen;
• Assistentie bij het optimaliseren van financiële processen;
• Opstellen van diverse verkooprapporten en analyseren van de prestaties van verschillende verkoopkanalen.
  

Wie zoeken wij?

• Een leergierige en gemotiveerde student met interesse in finance.
• Iemand die gestructureerd te werk gaat en van aanpakken weet;
• Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden;
• Handig met Excel;
• Goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal, kennis van Duits is een pluspunt;
• Beschikbaar voor minimaal 5 maanden;
• Woonachtig in de regio Amsterdam of bereid om te reizen.
