I have not received an order confirmation, has my order been placed successfully? 

Didn't receive a confirmation? Please check if you spelled your email address correctly or if by chance we ended up in your spam box. If you created an account, you can also find your order on your account page on the website. If the above doesn’t work or you’re having trouble completing your payment, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Service.

My payment has suddenly been refunded. What will happen to my order now?

We’re sorry but it seems like your K.O.I item is out of stock. That’s why we had to cancel and refund your order. If you're feeling lucky, check out our store locator and contact one of our resellers to check if they have what you’re looking for.

How can I change my order?

Orders are automatically processed in our system. Therefore, if you would like to change your order, you will have to return and order the right item again. If you live in the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany, returns are free. For international orders, return costs are on your own account.

The online shop does not show my size, is it still possible to order it? 

Have you checked your correct size with our MySizeID widget? Go to the product page and find your ideal size within seconds. 

Our website shows the stock of the entire range. We can’t deliver products that are currently unavailable in our webshop. There is a possibility that these items are still available at other K.O.I resellers. Find our points of sale in our Store Locator and contact the shop directly.

I have a complaint about an article.

We are very sorry something has happened to your K.O.I item. Please provide us with the order information, your complaint and a picture of what’s wrong. Didn’t buy the item at kingsofindigo.com but at one of our resellers? We kindly ask you to contact the store so they can offer you a suitable solution.

Does the English or German language choice affect my account?

Yes! You need a separate login per language. Our advice is to choose a preferred language first and stick to that language. 

What payment methods does K.O.I accept?

You can pay for your order with iDeal, Credit Card (VISA, Amex, Mastercard), Paypal, Sofort and Bancontact. In case you want to order now and pay later, you can use Klarna.  

Where can I download my order receipt?

You can click the link in the confirmation email you received.
