You may return item(s) within 28 days after delivery for a full refund. We kindly ask you to pack your item(s) and send them our way together with a completely filled in return form.

How do I return my order correctly?

We kindly ask you to follow the steps here to get your return process moving. The order number should start with 100 or with 200, you can find this information in the order confirmation e-mail you received from us, after you place your order.

Orders within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany can print a free parcel label in our online return process (step 4). This process is connected to the parcel delivery company DPD. Because this parcel label is connected to DPD, the package needs to be dropped off at a DPD Pick-up point.

For international returns (outside the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany) you are not obligated to use DPD as a delivery company. Bring your parcel to your local package      

service and send it to us. Please note that we do not cover the cost of international returns (outside the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany).

If so, please contact Customer Service and share the track and trace link with us from the website of the postal service. Please also send us the return form you have downloaded on our return website.

If your parcel did not arrive, we kindly ask you to check this with the postal service that shipped your return. We can only process and refund the order if you can prove that it has reached our warehouse. K.O.I is not responsible for the return shipment. 

I have received a wrong or defected item.

In case you've received a wrong item or a defected item, the return or exchange of the item will be completely at our expense. Please follow the usual procedure of returning the item. In case you’d like to exchange the item, you need to return it first and then order the item again in the right size. Indicate which item(s) you've received incorrectly or with a  defect and which item you still wish to receive. Please also reach out to our Customer Service.  

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to exchange an item directly. If you wish to do an exchange, you need to follow the same procedure as when returning an item. You can arrange your return here

What are the shipping costs when returning an item?

We do not offer a shipping cost refund for orders below 150€ in case of return. And we have a good reason. Research indicates that free shipping increases order numbers, as well as the chance of the order being returned. We would like to encourage our customers to buy responsibly and consider the impact of their returns to the environment. Let’s minimize the environmental impact together!

If your return makes your original order go below our shipping cost threshold, you won't be eligible anymore for our free shipping cost policy. The standard shipping cost will be settled with your refund. 

Can I return an item that I purchased with the Sustainable Fashion Gift Card?

You want to return something you purchased with the Sustainable Fashion Gift Card? No problem. We will give you an individual voucher in the amount of the returned item that you can use for any product on our webshop. In case you would like the money to be paid back to you, you can contact SFGC and your money will be refunded to your bank account.

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. You will get a full refund. The cancellation period expires after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. Just inform us of your decision to cancel via post or email, or simply fill in the return form here

Terms & Conditions

  • You may return item(s) that are sold and fulfilled by within 28 days of delivery for  a (full) refund of your garments.
  • We cannot accept item(s) without a complete return  form.
  • The items(s) should be intact with the original labels  attached.
  • The product should not show marks of being worn, such as stains, smell and use damage.

Note: Items can be returned within the right to cancel but returning them in such condition might include compensation for lost value by the customer.
