Can I return an item that I bought with the Sustainable Fashion Gift Card?
You want to return something you purchased with the SFGC? No problem. We will give you an individual voucher in the amount of the returned item that you can use for any product on our webshop. In case you would not like to receive a voucher, you can contact SFGC and the money you paid for the returned item will be put back onto your gift card. You can reach out to SFGC and read more here.
Can I purchase the Sustainable Fashion Gift Card even if I don't live in the Netherlands?
Of course! The SFGC can be bought from any country, worldwide to be redeemed in our webshop.
I have two Sustainable Fashion Gift Cards. Can I use both for one order?
In case you have two gift cards from SFGC, you can redeem both cards within one order. Start with entering the voucher codes of the first gift card and then for the leftover amount, you can choose the SFGC again in the payment option. That's how easy it is!
Can I pay with the Sustainable Fashion Gift Card at retailers with Kings Of Indigo in their collection?
You can only buy K.O.I items online in our webshop with the Sustainable Gift Card. Exceptions might apply in case the store is an acceptance point of SFGC.
